When booking driving lessons it is important to get value for money.

Driving lessons are not cheap. The price of driving lessons is likely to continue to increase for the forseeable future due to rises in the price of fuel and also the proposals to change the driving test.

Cheap driving lessons. Exactly what is this? Is it the individual cost of a driving lesson or is it the overall cost of learning to drive for the lowest price? These are questions that need to be answered.

2Pass.eu Driving School offer probably the lowest priced driving lessons in this area provided we are represented here.

We achieve this by offering a range of services additional to actual driving lessons. Hazard perception and theory training, help and information with subjects such as insurance, buying a car etc.

We, 2Pass.eu Driving School, are associated with other businesses and we share our costs which helps to reduce our overheads. We pass these savings on to you in a number of ways. Cheap driving lessons is one way we can help but there are others which you will find out about when you choose us to help you learn to drive.

Passing a driving test in Great Britain is an achievement but it comes at a cost. The cost is the time it takes you learn the required skills and the amount of money you pay during the learning process. The time and cost elements can be reduced by choosing a driving school that has experienced and fully qualified driving instructors, backed up by a company that offers more than just the driving lessons.

Driving Instructors that are associated with 2Pass.eu Driving School meet all of the above requirements. We are all approved driving instructors. The Driving Standards Agency has registered us as fully qualified.

One to one driving tuition is, in my opinion, the most efficient method of learning to drive and also the best value for money.

Through our affiliation with GMTS Motorcycle Training we can get you started on a motorbike from the age of 16 and progress you through to driving a car from the age of 17.

Some driving schools operate a system whereby one pupil drives whilst others sit in the rear seats observing. During the lesson, driver’s alternate so each learner driver gets a go at driving. Clearly this is not one to one driving tuition and you will not be getting value for money.

Once you have passed the theory test the next challenge is the practical test. Repetition is the key. On test day you’ll really appreciate and benefit from your hard work. Practise makes perfect so practice hard, go over all the skills, repeat your manoeuvres time and again.

There is no substitute for experience and you will not get proper experience by observing someone else driving. Practice makes perfect so ensure that when you are looking for a Driving School that the one you choose does indeed offer one to one driving tuition.

According to http://www.learnerdriver.co.uk/ the number of trainee driving instructors that are successful in qualifying in becoming an Approved Driving Instructor, registered with the Driving Standards Agency, is only 18%.

Put another way, 82 out of every 100 that train to become a driving instructor fail! You really do not want to be trained by a trainee! Statistics can be manipulated but the harsh fact is that most people who set out to become driving instructors do not succeed!

2Pass.eu Driving School is proud to say that all driving instructors associated with 2Pass.eu Driving school are qualified Approved Driving Instructors who are registered with the Driving Standards Agency. We are experts in what we do and you can be assured that when you are taught by one of us, you will receive tuition of the highest standard.

Our 2Pass.eu Driving School website will go live early in 2009. At that time, if we have one or more driving instructors associated with 2Pass.eu Driving School, you can view their profiles on our website.

2Pass.eu Driving School advocates one to one driving tuition and when we launch our 2Pass.eu Driving School Franchise early in 2009, all of our fully qualified, Driving Standards Agency registered Driving Instructors will provide one to one driving tuition.

Inserted into the body of this piece are samples of items you need to know and understand and practice. Learning to drive involves a Driving Syllabus and Driving Skills you need to learn, add to this Theory and knowledge of your car via the Show Me Tell Me questions. You will find these as you read the various paragraphs.

RANDOM THEORY QUESTION

a) you only stop if someone is waiting to cross
b) cyclists are not permitted
c) there is a continuously flashing amber beacon
d) pedestrians and cyclists may cross

Answer – d.

RANDOM THEORY QUESTION

As you are driving along you notice a white arrow to your right. The arrow is pointing left. Which of the following should you do? Select one answer.

a) Drivers to use the hard shoulder.
b) Overtaking drivers there is a bend to the left.
c) Overtaking drivers to move back to the left.
d) Drivers, it is safe to overtake.

Answer – c.

RANDOM THEORY QUESTION

Question – Who is responsible for making sure that a vehicle is not overloaded? Choose one answer from the following.

a) The driver of the vehicle
b) The owner of the items being carried
c) The person who loaded the vehicle
d) The licensing authority

Answer – a.

Driving Skill:- Are your steering actions safe, smooth and accurate, and do you pass the wheel through your hands? Steering is an important consideration when learning to drive, aim to always keep your left hand to the left of the steering wheel and your right hand to the right. In this way your control of the steering wheel is maximised.

Syllabus element:- Bay Parking – you must demonstrate effective all round observation and show consideration to other road users when parking your vehicle.

Control your vehicle making proper use of clutch (if fitted), accelerator, brakes and steering. Allow for clearance as your vehicle is turning, the front will swing out to the left or right depending on the direction of travel.

Keep a special look out for cyclists and pedestrians who may pass close to the front of your vehicle.

If you are reading this as part of your study for a driving test, good luck!

2Pass.eu Driving School. Automatic and manual car instruction combined with Motorcycle Training via our sister company GMTS Motorcycle Training.

Some driving schools operate a system whereby one pupil drives whilst others sit in the rear seats observing. During the lesson, driver’s alternate so each learner driver gets a go at driving. Clearly this is not one to one driving tuition and you will not be getting value for money.

Throughout this website are hundreds of articles all with one common theme. Repetition of the skills you need to acquire, the elements of the driving syllabus plus sample extracts from the show me tell me questions. Absorb this information and combine it with plenty of practice in order to pass your practical driving test.

There is no substitute for experience and you will not get proper experience by observing someone else driving. Practice makes perfect so ensure that when you are looking for a Driving School that the one you choose does indeed offer one to one driving tuition.

There is a lot to learn when one trains to become a driving instructor. Firstly, a driving instructor needs to pass a thorough examination of knowledge of theory. A test comprising of 100 questions.

Next, a driving instructor must pass a driving test of a far higher standard than a standard driving test.

The third part, and normally the part that most trainee driving instructors are incapable of passing, is the examination of ones ability to instruct. In order to pass the part three examination, a trainee driving instructor needs to be a fluent communicator of the information needed to impart knowledge.

2Pass.eu Driving School driving instructors and driving instructors associated with 2Pass.eu Driving School are all very experienced and have passed all of the qualifying examinations. When you select a 2Pass.eu Driving School driving instructor you can be sure that you have chosen wisely.

Of course the proof will be when he or she guides you to driving test success!

2Pass.eu Driving School advocates one to one driving tuition and when we launch our 2Pass.eu Driving School Franchise early in 2009, all of our fully qualified, Driving Standards Agency registered Driving Instructors will provide one to one driving tuition.

So what does it take to become a safe driver? First you need to have a good understanding of the theory of driving and of the highway code, road signs, road markings etc. Add to this knowledge of the Driving Syllabus plus the Driving Skills you need to acquire and some idea of the Show Me Tell Me questions that get asked at the beginning of a driving test. This information is peppered throughout this article.

RANDOM THEORY QUESTION

In which of the following situations should you avoid overtaking. Select one of the following.

a) Just after a bend.
b) In a one-way street.
c) On a 30mph road.
d) Approaching a dip in the road.

Answer – d.

RANDOM THEORY QUESTION

Your mobile phone rings while you are travelling. Which one of the following should you do?

a) Stop immediately.
b) Answer it immediately.
c) Pull up in a suitable place.
d) Pull up at the nearest kerb.

Answer – c.

RANDOM THEORY QUESTION

When following a large vehicle you should keep well back. Why? Which one of the following should you choose?

a) It allows you to corner more quickly.
b) It helps the large vehicle to stop more easily.
c) It allows the driver to see you in the mirrors.
d) It helps you to keep out of the wind.

Answer – c.

Driving Skill:- Unless you drive an automatic, are gears smoothly and correctly selected? Is your braking smooth and progressive? Do you use acceleration sense? There is nothing worse than a driver pulling away with tyres screaming, gears crashing as they are changed and worse still, hard braking!

Syllabus element:- Dual Carriageways – When travelling at speeds greater than 40mph, ensure that your following distance is sufficient. Observe the two second rule and increase the safe distance when driving on wet or slippery roads.

If you are reading this as part of your study for a driving test, good luck!

When booking driving lessons it is important to get value for money.

Driving lessons are not cheap. The price of driving lessons is likely to continue to increase for the forseeable future due to rises in the price of fuel and also the proposals to change the driving test.

There are many factors that contribute to the cost of learning to drive.

Who you choose to learn with is one of the major considerations. It is generally advisable to go with a fully qualified, Driving Standards Agency approved driving instructor. All 2Pass.eu Driving School Instructors meet this requirement.

Another important factor is the individual lesson price which varies greatly depending on where you learn and which driving school you choose.

2Pass.eu Driving School is associated with other businesses which we share services with. This helps to reduce our overheads which means that we can offer driving lessons at affordable prices.

Although I do not like the term ‘cheap driving lessons’ it is fair to say that you will get cheap driving lessons when you choose to learn to drive with 2Pass.eu Driving School.

Naturally, you may find other driving schools that match our cheap driving lessons prices, but the chances are they will not be in a position to provide the wide range of associated services that we provide.

One to one driving tuition is, in my opinion, the most efficient method of learning to drive and also the best value for money.

Not many driving schools combine motorcycle training with tuition to drive a car. 2Pass.eu Driving School are able to do this through our association with GMTS Motorcycle Training.

What does it take to become a Driving Instructor and be qualified to give driving instruction in return for payment?

The process is really quite difficult. So much so that very people are able to qualify as Approved Driving Instructors. The figure according to – http://www.learnerdriver.co.uk/ – is only 18% succeed in qualifying.

How does this affect you? Well, it could, quite easily, if you choose a Driving School that have trainee instructors and yet still charge full price for driving lessons. You could be lucky and get one of the 18% who goes on to get a full licence. But statistics are not on your side because it is more likely that you will get one of the 72% of trainees who fail to qualify. Do you really want to be paying for what could be questionable tuition?

With 2Pass.eu Driving School there is no such dilemma. All Driving Instructors associated with 2Pass.eu Driving School have succeeded in passing all of the Driving Standards Agency qualifying exams. All 2Pass.eu associated driving instructors are registered as Approved Driving Instructors.

When we go live with our 2Pass.eu Driving School website early in 2009, if this area is covered you will be able to view profiles of 2Pass.eu associated driving instructors. We believe that all learner drivers should be provided with as much information as possible in order to make an informed decision. It’s your money, you need to spend it wisely!

2Pass.eu Driving School advocates one to one driving tuition and when we launch our 2Pass.eu Driving School Franchise early in 2009, all of our fully qualified, Driving Standards Agency registered Driving Instructors will provide one to one driving tuition.

Learning to drive appears to many to be quite complex but in fact once you understand what is required of a good driver, learning what you need to becomes easier. To help understand what you need to know, I have inserted into this document, elements taken from the Driving Syllabus, The Theory Test, Driving skills and Show Me Tell Me questions.

RANDOM THEORY QUESTION

On a long motorway journey boredom can cause you to feel sleepy. Which two of the following could you do to prevent this.

a) Leave the motorway and find a safe place to stop.
b) Keep looking around at the surrounding landscape.
c) Drive faster to complete your journey sooner.
d) Ensure a supply of fresh air into the vehicle.
e) Stop on the hard shoulder for a rest.

Answer a and d.

As you are driving along you notice a white arrow to your right. The arrow is pointing left. Which of the following should you do? Select one answer.

a) Drivers to use the hard shoulder.
b) Overtaking drivers there is a bend to the left.
c) Overtaking drivers to move back to the left.
d) Drivers, it is safe to overtake.

Syllabus element:- Anticipation & Planning – You must be aware of other road users at all times. You should always think and plan ahead so that you can

*judge what other road users are going to do
*predict how their actions will affect you
*react in good time

Take particular care to consider the actions of the more vulnerable groups of road users such as pedestrians, cyclists, motorcyclists and horse riders. Anticipate road and traffic conditions, and act in good time, rather than reacting to things at the last moment.

Whether you are looking to train on a motorcycle from the age of 16 or wait until you are 17 to learn in a car, we can help. 2Pass.eu Driving School is affiliated with GMTS Motorcycle Training.

Some driving schools operate a system whereby one pupil drives whilst others sit in the rear seats observing. During the lesson, driver’s alternate so each learner driver gets a go at driving. Clearly this is not one to one driving tuition and you will not be getting value for money.

There are two tests you must pass before acquiring a full licence to drive a car. Throughout this site are tips, ideas, sample questions and information on all the skills you require in order to pass a practical driving test. Combine this knowledge with plenty of practical driving in order to succeed.

The process of learning to drive is enhanced when one is taught via a structured process. Throughout this article are extracts from the process which includes Theory Training, Driving Syllabus, some of the Driving skills you need to possess and samples from the Show Me Tell Me questions, two of which you will get asked at the beginning of a driving test.

One to one driving tuition is, in my opinion, the most efficient method of learning to drive and also the best value for money.

There is no substitute for experience and you will not get proper experience by observing someone else driving. Practice makes perfect so ensure that when you are looking for a Driving School that the one you choose does indeed offer one to one driving tuition.

It is not easy choosing a Driving Instructor. If you know of someone who is learning to drive, you may get recommended to one and that is good as you will have some idea about the instructor.

In the main though, in my experience, most Driving Instructors are selected from advertising such as The Yellow Pages, or by telephoning an advertised Driving School and being given an instructor who is able to fit you into his or her diary.

It is not uncommon for one learner driver to have several instructors before finding one who is suitable. In order to try to improve on this situation, 2Pass.eu Driving School is building a website to be launched early 2009, where our 2Pass.eu Driving Scool Instructors can display their Profile. It is an opportunity for the 2Pass.eu Driving School Instructor to say a bit about experience, personality etc and also to display a photograph if desired.

One of the major reasons why we, 2Pass.eu Driving School, are going down this road is due to the popularity of social websites such as Bebo, Facebook etc. It is nice to get an idea about someone who may help you to driving test success.

In addition to Instructor Profiles there will also be displayed the diaries for you to choose a driving lesson at a time and date that is convenient to you. You will also be able to pay for your driving lessons online and spread the cost of payments by the use of credit card facilities.

As all 2Pass.eu Driving School Driving Instructors or Driving Instructors associated with 2Pass.eu Driving School are fully qualified, you are assured of expert tuition. The Driving Standards Agency only grant a full licence to a Driving Instructor after they have passed all of the qualifying examinations. None of our instructors are Trainees!

2Pass.eu Driving School advocates one to one driving tuition and when we launch our 2Pass.eu Driving School Franchise early in 2009, all of our fully qualified, Driving Standards Agency registered Driving Instructors will provide one to one driving tuition.

A good driver needs to possess many things which can be broken down into a few categories. Knowledge of Theory, an understanding of the Driving Skills you need to acquire, and appreciation of the Driving Syllabus and ability to carry out all that these require. Included in this article are random extracts from the Theory Test, Show Me Tell Me questions, Driving Syllabus and Driving Skills.

RANDOM THEORY QUESTION

Question – Before you make a u-turn in the road, which of the following should you do?

a) Give an arm signal as well as using your indicators.
b) Signal so that other drivers can slow down for you.
c) Look over your shoulder for a final check.
d) Select a higher gear than normal.

Answer – c.

RANDOM THEORY QUESTION

Question – You are driving down a long steep hill. You suddenly notice your brakes are not working as well as normal. What is the usual cause of this? Choose one answer from the following.

a) The brakes overheating
b) Air in the brake fluid
c) Oil on the brakes
d) Badly adjusted brakes

Answer – a.

Driving Skill:- Can you reverse park either on the road or in a car park whilst safely observing all around you? There are two parking manoeuvres. You need to be able to reverse park into a parking bay. The other parking exercise is known as a ‘parallel park’ where you reverse park on the road.

Syllabus element:- Dual Carriageways – When travelling at speeds greater than 40mph, ensure that your following distance is sufficient. Observe the two second rule and increase the safe distance when driving on wet or slippery roads.

Driving lessons are not cheap. The price of driving lessons is likely to continue to increase for the forseeable future due to rises in the price of fuel and also the proposals to change the driving test.

Looking for cheap driving lessons? Most people consider the cost of a driving lesson, but this should not be the over riding issue!

Learning to drive is more than simply learning how to control a car. There are other aspects such as the required hazard perception and theory test plus additional back up which your driving school may be able to provide.

Items such as advice on insurance, buying a car, ongoing training such as advanced driving lessons, plus many more. These are all things to consider when choosing a driving school. 2Pass.eu Driving School is the complete package!

Being associated with other businesses, we are able to reduce our overheads and are in a position to pass these savings on to you. Our cheap driving lessons are probably the lowest priced in this area. Naturally there may be other schools that match our lesson prices but they probably can not offer the same range of services that we can.

Another very important factor is the length of time it is going to take you to reach the standard necessary to pass the driving test. All 2Pass.eu Driving School Driving Instructors are experienced. Additionally, we are all approved driving instructors registered with The Driving Standards Agency.

One to one driving tuition is, in my opinion, the most efficient method of learning to drive and also the best value for money.

2Pass.eu Driving School. Automatic and manual car instruction combined with Motorcycle Training via our sister company GMTS Motorcycle Training.

This article contains elements of the process involved when learning to drive.

To start with there is the Theory and Hazard Perception Training. This is followed by instruction in driving using a Driving Syllabus. As you learn to drive you will acquire Driving Skills so essential in order to be a safe driver. Finally you learn about your vehicle via the Show Me Tell Me questions, two of which are asked at the start of a driving test.

RANDOM THEORY QUESTION

You are about to stop. Which one of the following should you do?

a) Sound the horn.
b) Use the mirrors.
c) Select a higher gear.
d) Flash your headlights.

Answer – b.

RANDOM THEORY QUESTION

Question – At toucan crossings which of the following is correct. Choose one answer.

a) you only stop if someone is waiting to cross
b) cyclists are not permitted
c) there is a continuously flashing amber beacon
d) pedestrians and cyclists may cross

Answer – d.

RANDOM THEORY QUESTION

Objects hanging from your interior may do what? Select two of the following.

a) Restrict your view.
b) Improve your driving.
c) Distract your attention.
d) Help your concentration.

Answer – a and c.

Driving Skill:- Can you reverse left into a limited opening remaining reasonably close to the kerb, observing all around you? One of the manoeuvres you could be asked to perform is reversing into a side road. It needs to be done in a controlled manner whilst ensuring observation all around you .

Syllabus element:- Emergency Stop – If you have to brake in an emergency remember to brake evenly and progressively and try to avoid locking the wheels. Remember that in wet weather it can take twice as long to stop safely. If you are riding a motorcycle you must make correct use of the front and rear brakes to make sure that you stop the machine as quickly as possible.

Your first challenge is to pass the theory test. Study with a friend. Studies show that people learn faster when you practise with a friend. Test each other with questions and tricky scenarios.

There is no substitute for experience and you will not get proper experience by observing someone else driving. Practice makes perfect so ensure that when you are looking for a Driving School that the one you choose does indeed offer one to one driving tuition.

Driving Instruction is a skilled occupation practised by thousands of men and woman who have trained to qualify for the position of Approved Driving Instructor.

The governing body that approves prospective driving instructors is the Driving Standards Agency.

What you may not know is that each year, thousands of new prospective driving instructors set out to achieve ADI status but only very few actually succeed. The website http://www.learnerdriver.co.uk state that only 18 trainees are successful for every 100 that tries.

How does this affect you? It could hit you in the pocket! If you choose a Driving School that charge the same lesson prices given by a trainee, you could find yourself paying out a large sum of money while being used as a guinea pig.

There is no such dilemma when you choose a 2Pass.eu Driving School Instructor. We only associate with fully qualified, very experienced Approved Driving Instructors. The bonus is that our lesson prices are extemely competitive.

Our 2Pass.eu Driving School Franchise begins early 2009. Our hope is that we will have driving instructors in this area. If we do you should be able to view driving instructor profiles from the 2Pass.eu website.

When booking driving lessons it is important to get value for money.

Driving lessons are not cheap. The price of driving lessons is likely to continue to increase for the forseeable future due to rises in the price of fuel and also the proposals to change the driving test.

As you are driving along you notice a white arrow to your right. The arrow is pointing left. Which of the following should you do? Select one answer.

a) Drivers to use the hard shoulder.
b) Overtaking drivers there is a bend to the left.
c) Overtaking drivers to move back to the left.
d) Drivers, it is safe to overtake.

Answer – c.

RANDOM THEORY QUESTION

Question – You are carrying a 5 year old child in the back seat of your car. The child is less than 4ft 5inches (1.35 metres) in height. The child must use an adult seat belt under what circumstances. Choose one answer from the following.

a) A correct child restraint is not available
b) It is a lap type belt
c) The child sits between two adults
d) The safety belt can be shared with another adult

Answer – a.

RANDOM THEORY QUESTION

Question – In daylight, an approaching motorcyclist is using a dipped headlight. Why? Choose one answer from the following:-

a) So that the rider can be seen more easily
b) To stop the battery overcharging
c) To improve the rider’s vision
d) The motorcyclist is inviting you to proceed

Answer – a.

Driving Skill:- Can you reverse left into a limited opening remaining reasonably close to the kerb, observing all around you? One of the manoeuvres you could be asked to perform is reversing into a side road. It needs to be done in a controlled manner whilst ensuring observation all around you .

There are two tests you must pass before acquiring a full licence to drive a car. Throughout this site are tips, ideas, sample questions and information on all the skills you require in order to pass a practical driving test. Combine this knowledge with plenty of practical driving in order to succeed.

As a driver what does the term ‘BLIND SPOT’ mean? Choose one of the following.

a) An area covered by your right-hand mirror.
b) An area not covered by your headlamps.
c) An area covered by your left-hand mirror.
d) An area not seen in your mirrors.

Answer – d.

Answer – c.

RANDOM THEORY QUESTION

Approaching a roundabout you see ahead of you yellow lines at regular intervals. What is the purpose of the yellow lines? Choose one of the following.

a) To help you choose the correct lane.
b) To help you keep the correct separation distance.
c) To make you aware of your speed.
d) To tell you the distance to the roundabout.

Answer – c.

Syllabus element:- Roundabouts – You should be able to judge the correct speed of approach so that you can approach a roundabout safely and stop if necessary. Position your vehicle correctly. Use the correct lane. If turning right, keep as near to the centre of the roundabout as is safe. When turning left keep over to the left and avoid swinging out. Check your left mirror for cyclists and motorcyclists and before moving to the left check for pedestrians.

All 2Pass.eu Driving School Driving Instructors are experienced. Additionally, we are all approved driving instructors registered with The Driving Standards Agency.

One to one driving tuition is, in my opinion, the most efficient method of learning to drive and also the best value for money.

Driving Instruction is not something that everyone can do. In fact statistics show that only very few people who set out to qualify as a driving instructor, actually succeed. The website – http://www.learnerdriver.co.uk/ – claims that only 18% of trainee driving instructors go on to qualify and become registered with the Driving Standards Agency as Approved Driving Instructors.

The government is committed to improving road safety and reducing the number of accidents and fatalities in Great Britain. Although there are many measures to achieve this, one is to tighten up existing legislation as it relates to learning to drive.

2Pass.eu Driving School is playing its part in trying to ensure that in this area you will receive first class training from us. You see, all driving instructors that are associates of 2Pass.eu Driving School have passed all of the qualifying examinations. We are all experts in what we do and that is to guide you to success in your driving test.

One way you can make an informed decision on which driving instructor to choose is to view our 2Pass.eu Driving School website which will go live early in 2009. This area will be covered and you will be able to view the profiles of all driving instructors working here.

2Pass.eu Driving School advocates one to one driving tuition and when we launch our 2Pass.eu Driving School Franchise early in 2009, all of our fully qualified, Driving Standards Agency registered Driving Instructors will provide one to one driving tuition.
