i hit a car, unsafe start, i find out theres no insurance. I called my boss and he is furious and tells me i should put my insurance from my other cars to it and that i should pay for the accident. i dont know what to do i need help and advice

I was in an accident awhile back. I was not at fault at all. I did not have insurance. No police reports. Although the other driver reported the accident to her insurance company. Her insurance company covered my car’s damage. I would assume her insurance company has a record of that accident and my information, but will it be on my driving records such that other companies can see and raise my insurance rates?

She was nice. Sigh. and i feel very fortunate.

Is it the insurance carrier of the driver or the insurance carrier of the vehicle that handles the claim? The vehicle owner was in the car at the time of the accident but wasn’t driving.

I drive a shuttle bus for Holiday Inn. I side swiped a car while I was turning right (exiting from a gas pump at the gas station) and the other car was in my blind spot so I didn’t see him. The damages should be just some scratched paint, but might cost 500 dollars. I never signed any papers saying I would pay any damages and they never briefed me on what would happen in the case of an accident. I’m not sure if I’m under the company’s insurance, but they did ask me for my driver’s abstract before I started working. Please help!

I had a car accident driving my company’s car. It was my fault but the company has its car insured. i don’t know if they will cover the damage and aftewards they will send a bill to my personal insurance for the damage.

hey guys need help here! i got to a accident and hit a pick up in rear, the guy stop and ask me if im ok and then said he’s truck is alright and left. when police got there he gave me a ticket for careless driving. should i fight it? its 85$ fine and 2 pts. how will this affect my insurance? thanks
