Aggreko drivers attended a full day defensive driving course at sandown on the 10th Feb 2009. Here is some footage of the practical session. The course included 3 hours of road safety based theory and is backed up with practical driving exercises to high light vehicle systems, driver ability and the effect of speed. All exercises are performed at normal driving speeds and provide drivers with valuable experience in handling the vehicle in an emergency.
