No wonder there is poor drivers on the road, we have idiots like this teaching poor information. Give yourself more space then what this old man is saying. Remember different vehicles have different stopping distances. Drive so you can reduce your speed and also the rate of speed of the vehicle that is behind you. And remember ABS brakes that longer to stop!
