In the UK, most people when they learn to drive, opt for learning in a maunual car. In the United states and in many other countries around the world this is not the case. In fact, manual or ‘stick shift’ as it is known, is the minority choice.

If you are thinking of learning to drive an automatic car it is important to realise that there are different types of automatics and they have different characteristics but one things is common. Automatics do not have clutches so you only need use one foot when driving.

There are thousands of driving schools all over the country but most offer very limited services. Our 2Pass.eu Driving School Franchise launches early 2009. When it does we intend offering motorcycle training as well as automatic and manual car tuition and we should be in a position to do this if you are within 20 miles of Cupar

Automatic cars have changed in recent years. Technology is always developing new ways to do things and this is true also of automatic cars. No longer do all automatic cars pull forward or back when either ‘drive’ or ‘reverse’ is selected.

The creation of multi modes is changing the way automatics perform and manufacturers such as Toyota are investing huge sums of money to make their models safer. The Yaris is a good example of this.

Semi automatics are not treated the same as automatics for the purposes of a driving test. This is because although there is no clutch, the driver still needs to select a gear via the use of a gear stick or lever.

Semi automatics are not treated the same as automatics for the purposes of a driving test. This is because although there is no clutch, the driver still needs to select a gear via the use of a gear stick or lever.

Depending on where you live, learning to drive is a process more important for some than for others. For example if you live in an area well served by public transport and close to amenities, driving is not so important as for someone who lives quite far from the centre of activities and with poor public transport.

Driving tuition is however available to all who can afford it. Who you choose though could make a substantial difference to how much you pay in order to learn to drive.

On the one hand you could choose to be taught by an expert. One who has lots of experience and has helped many people to pass their driving test. On the other hand you could be taught by a trainee instructor, one who is still learning how to teach and how to communicate the skills required in order to pass a driving test. Who would you rather choose?

Most people would prefer to receive driving tuition from the expert. And that is what you will receive from 2Pass.eu Driving School. We only have fully qualified experts! Commencing some time in 2009 we should have one or more 2Pass.eu Driving Instructors in Cupar

The process of learning to drive is enhanced when one is taught via a structured process. Throughout this article are extracts from the process which includes Theory Training, Driving Syllabus, some of the Driving skills you need to possess and samples from the Show Me Tell Me questions, two of which you will get asked at the beginning of a driving test.

Driving Skill:- Do you drive with courtesy and consideration for other road users, including pedestrians? In order to be a good safe driver you need to be considerate of ALL road users!

There is so much to learn when learning to drive. Your 2Pass.eu Driving School driving instructor will teach you all about Crossroads.

Who has priority at an unmarked crossroads.
What routine you should use for approaching and/or turning at crossroads.
Why it is important to check crossroads even if you have priority.
What you must be careful of when turning right at a crossroads.
How you should pass an approaching vehicle at crossroads if you are both turning right.
What the purpose is of a yellow box junction.
Where you should position to go ahead at a crossroads.
When you should position towards the centre of the road to go ahead at crossroads.

Your 2Pass.eu Driving School driving instructor will help you with all of this plus a lot more.

RANDOM THEORY QUESTION

Question – You are carrying a 5 year old child in the back seat of your car. The child is less than 4ft 5inches (1.35 metres) in height. The child must use an adult seat belt under what circumstances. Choose one answer from the following.

a) A correct child restraint is not available
b) It is a lap type belt
c) The child sits between two adults
d) The safety belt can be shared with another adult

Answer – a.

Cupar is an area where you can receive driving tuition.

Just like any town or city in the UK, this area has several qualified driving instructors.

2Pass.eu Driving School are one of the few driving schools who ensure that our driving tuition is of the highest standard. We achieve this through the use of fully qualified driving instructors who have passed all of the necessary examinations in order to be registered by the Driving Standards Agency.

You can recognise a fully qualified driving instructor by looking for his or her badge which will be near to the road tax disc. Have a look at the car’s windsceen, if the badge is triangular and red, the instructor is still training and therefore not fully qualified. If the badge is octagonal and green, he or she is a fully qualified driving instructor. We only recommend driving tuition from green badge holders.

A fully qualified 2Pass.eu Driving School driving instructor can guide you to driving test success in the shortest possible time. As the saying goes ‘time is money’ so we try to keep the time it takes you to learn to drive, as short as possible. Driving tuition from a 2Pass.eu Driving Instructor is a wise investment!

2Pass.eu Driving School aims to provide the option of learning in either manual or automatic cars as well as motorcycle training. When we launch our 2Pass.eu Driving School Franchise at the beginning of 2009, our aim will be full cover of all our services within a 20 mile radius of Blairgowrie

Nowadays, automatic cars are available with features that were not present a few years ago. It used to be that all automatics would pull forward when in gear, commonly referred to as ‘drive’. This is no longer the case.

Car makers like Toyota are developing safer cars that have many functions. Known as multi modes, these automatics afford you choices that conventional automatics do not such as the ability to select any gear if so desired.

Semi automatics differ from automatics in that when you want to change gear you must select the gear you require by either going up a gear or by going down a gear. As with a fully automatic there is no clutch pedal.

Semi automatics differ from automatics in that when you want to change gear you must select the gear you require by either going up a gear or by going down a gear. As with a fully automatic there is no clutch pedal.

There are few things in life quite as satisfying as being able to drive. No longer having to rely on mum and dad to transport you to wherever you wish to go. No having to rely on public transport, taxis and the like. Very satisfying!

How long it will take you to master the skill of driving is subject to a number of factors.

If you have average ability and are taught by a competent driving instructor you should be able to drive to a good standard after possibly twenty hours of driving tuition. To pass a driving test however will require you to refine your technique and this may take several more hours. In addition to learning how to drive you will need to pass a theory and hazard perception test before you are allowed to sit a practical driving test.

As with everything there are those who have exceptional abilities and those who find learning to drive really quite difficult. If you fit into the exceptional ability category you could well be qualified to drive in as few as twenty hours. On the other hand if you find learning to drive really quite hard you could find yourself practising for substantially more than forty hours.

A 2Pass.eu Driving Instructor is fully qualified to provide your training. With driving tuition costs as they are, it is important that you choose your driving instructor wisely. As of 2009, look out for 2Pass.eu Driving School in Blairgowrie

Inserted into the body of this piece are samples of items you need to know and understand and practice. Learning to drive involves a Driving Syllabus and Driving Skills you need to learn, add to this Theory and knowledge of your car via the Show Me Tell Me questions. You will find these as you read the various paragraphs.

Driving Skill:- Can you reverse left into a limited opening remaining reasonably close to the kerb, observing all around you? One of the manoeuvres you could be asked to perform is reversing into a side road. It needs to be done in a controlled manner whilst ensuring observation all around you .

Meeting Traffic, Overtaking, Crossing Traffic – What does it all mean?

Your 2Pass.eu Driving School driving instructor knows all about how to deal with the above and can guide you to driving test success by showing you what to do in any given situation. He or she can help with the following:-

Understanding the routine used for overtaking a moving vehicle.
Knowing what to do for the best when meeting traffic or crossing traffic.
Realising when it is safe or not safe to overtake a moving vehicle.
Advising on how much room to allow when passing parked vehicles or roadside obstructions.
Practising the ’2 Second Rule’.

There is so much more but a 2Pass.eu Driving School driving instructor will provide expert tuition in everything you need to know in order to pass a driving test.

RANDOM THEORY QUESTION

Your mobile phone rings while you are travelling. Which one of the following should you do?

a) Stop immediately.
b) Answer it immediately.
c) Pull up in a suitable place.
d) Pull up at the nearest kerb.

Answer – c.

Most drivers in the UK drive manual cars. It has been this way ever since the motor car was invented. In other parts of the world more people drive automatic cars. Although the process is slow, more UK drivers are opting for automatics.

There are three categories of driving tests for cars, manual, automatic and semi automatic. The reason for this is that semi automatics, although they do not have a clutch pedal, still have the need for you to select gears. Due to this the DSA treat semi automatics differently from automatics.

Carnoustie is an area where you can receive driving tuition.

Just like any town or city in the UK, this area has several qualified driving instructors.

2Pass.eu Driving School are one of the few driving schools who ensure that our driving tuition is of the highest standard.
Gone are the days when all automatics had virtually identical characteristics. The dawning of the multi mode changed that. Manufacturers such as Toyota, are captaining the development of what they believe are safer automatics.

A feature of many automatics is the movement without power when the car is in gear. This movement is sometimes known as ‘creep’ and in some situations it can be dangerous. Toyota and other makes are developing cars that do not ‘creep’ such as the Toyota Yaris.

A feature that attracts many people to learning in an automatic is the fact that they do not have a clutch pedal. This fact alone is common to all automatics and it means that you only need one foot for the pedals. This is convenient for people with certain disabilities. Automatics however do have different features and these will be covered elsewhere.

Montrose can expect to have one or more 2Pass.eu Driving Instructors and it is our intention to have this area covered soon after 1st January 2009.

Cars have been around for a very long time and technology never stops developing easier ways in which the car performs many functions such as road holding, braking etc. You would think then that most people would choose the easiest form of driving, automatic cars, but in the UK this is just not so. In America however most people do drive automatics.

If you are considering learning in an automatic you should be aware that the DSA have a separate category for semi automatics. This is because a true automatic does not require you to select a gear once you have moved off. Semi automatics require you to change gears although there is no clutch pedal.

Montrose is an area where you can receive driving tuition.

Just like any town or city in the UK, this area has several qualified driving instructors.

2Pass.eu Driving School are one of the few driving schools who ensure that our driving tuition is of the highest standard.
Automatics are gaining in popularity as each year goes by. Technology is also on the move and there are now different types of automatics. It used to be that when you drove an automatic all you had to do was select ‘Drive’ but now with automatics known as multi modes, you can also select ‘E’ which I take as being ‘engage’.

Not all automatics creep forward when in gear. Multi modes for example require an element of power before they will move. The learning process for driving a car is still simplified no matter what type of automatic you drive.

If you are thinking of learning to drive an automatic car it is important to realise that there are different types of automatics and they have different characteristics but one things is common. Automatics do not have clutches so you only need use one foot when driving.

www.2Pass.eu blog has the responsibility of introducing 2Pass.eu Driving School to internet searchers the world over. In practice though we are only likely to be of real interest in the United Kingdom.

Currently a driving school in Dundee, Scotland, the 2Pass.eu Driving School Franchise will seek to attract driving instructors all over the UK. The Franchise will launch from early in 2009.

Cars have been around for a very long time and technology never stops developing easier ways in which the car performs many functions such as road holding, braking etc. You would think then that most people would choose the easiest form of driving, automatic cars, but in the UK this is just not so. In America however most people do drive automatics.

Not all automatics perform the same. As with most things, there are different types of automatic cars. There is however one feature thing that all automatics lack and that is the clutch. When learning in an automatic car you will only need one foot to control the brake and the accelerator.

2Pass.eu Driving School aims to provide the option of learning in either manual or automatic cars as well as motorcycle training. When we launch our 2Pass.eu Driving School Franchise at the beginning of 2009, our aim will be full cover of all our services within a 20 mile radius of Dunkeld

A semi automatic gearbox is a manual gearbox with an automatic clutch, so there is no clutch pedal. To change gear you need to push the gearstick one way or another, either up a gear or down a gear.

A semi automatic gearbox is a manual gearbox with an automatic clutch, so there is no clutch pedal. To change gear you need to push the gearstick one way or another, either up a gear or down a gear.

Commencing some time in 2009 we should have one or more 2Pass.eu Driving Instructors in Dunkeld

Learning to drive appears to many to be quite complex but in fact once you understand what is required of a good driver, learning what you need to becomes easier. To help understand what you need to know, I have inserted into this document, elements taken from the Driving Syllabus, The Theory Test, Driving skills and Show Me Tell Me questions.

Driving Skill:- Do you drive with courtesy and consideration for other road users, including pedestrians? In order to be a good safe driver you need to be considerate of ALL road users!

The learning to drive syllabus is extensive. One part of it concerns Pedestrian Crossings and Use Of Signals.

A 2Pass.eu Driving School driving instructor will help you to:-
Learn all of the different types of Pedestrian Crossings.
How to recognise a ‘Pedestrian Crossing’ in the road ahead.
Learn the correct procedure to use on the approach to a ‘Pedestrian Crossing’.
Understand the process of correct signalling.
Deal with hesitant pedestrians at a crossing.
Know what is the safe routine for giving signals.
Learn about road markings as they relate to ‘Pedestrian Crossings’.
Understand hand signals mentioned in the Highway Code.
Realise what signals are unnecessary.

Your 2Pass.eu Driving School driving instructor is an expert in the area of driving. He or she will pass on this knowledge to you, helping you to driving test success.

RANDOM THEORY QUESTION

Question – You are driving down a long steep hill. You suddenly notice your brakes are not working as well as normal. What is the usual cause of this? Choose one answer from the following.

a) The brakes overheating
b) Air in the brake fluid
c) Oil on the brakes
d) Badly adjusted brakes

Answer – a.

Dunkeld is an area where you can receive driving tuition.

Blairgowrie is an area that we intend to have represented by a 2Pass.eu Driving Instructor. 1st January 2009 is the first date that we intend having someone in this area.

In the UK, most people when they learn to drive, opt for learning in a maunual car. In the United states and in many other countries around the world this is not the case. In fact, manual or ‘stick shift’ as it is known, is the minority choice.

If you are considering learning in an automatic you should be aware that the DSA have a separate category for semi automatics. This is because a true automatic does not require you to select a gear once you have moved off. Semi automatics require you to change gears although there is no clutch pedal.

Blairgowrie is an area where you can receive driving tuition.

Just like any town or city in the UK, this area has several qualified driving instructors.

2Pass.eu Driving School are one of the few driving schools who ensure that our driving tuition is of the highest standard.
Different manufacturers have ideas on what an automatic should be. It used to be that in an automatic car the gearstick layout was common with ‘Drive’ the selected mode to move the car forward. Other selections were ‘Park’, ‘Neutral’, ‘Reverse’ etc. With the advent of multi modes all this has changed and now all you need are three selections. ‘E’ for engage, ‘N’ for neutral and ‘R’ for reverse.

Another factor is that all automatics do not ‘creep’ or ‘pull’ when in gear. Multi modes are, in my opinion, safer to drive due to the fact that accidental movement either forward or backwards is minimal.

A feature that attracts many people to learning in an automatic is the fact that they do not have a clutch pedal. This fact alone is common to all automatics and it means that you only need one foot for the pedals. This is convenient for people with certain disabilities. Automatics however do have different features and these will be covered elsewhere.

St Andrews is planned to be covered by 2Pass.eu Driving School. As we only go live on 1st January 2009 there will be no cover until then.

Cars have been around for a very long time and technology never stops developing easier ways in which the car performs many functions such as road holding, braking etc. You would think then that most people would choose the easiest form of driving, automatic cars, but in the UK this is just not so. In America however most people do drive automatics.

Semi automatics differ from automatics in that when you want to change gear you must select the gear you require by either going up a gear or by going down a gear. As with a fully automatic there is no clutch pedal.

St Andrews is an area where you can receive driving tuition.

When one is going to learn to drive an automatic you will find learning that much easier than learning in a manual car. The reason for this is that all automatics, whilst not all being exactly the same in their characteristics, have no clutch pedal. You only require one foot to control the foot pedals being the accelerator and brake.

There are three categories of driving tests for cars, manual, automatic and semi automatic. The reason for this is that semi automatics, although they do not have a clutch pedal, still have the need for you to select gears. Due to this the DSA treat semi automatics differently from automatics.

This article contains elements of the process involved when learning to drive.

To start with there is the Theory and Hazard Perception Training. This is followed by instruction in driving using a Driving Syllabus. As you learn to drive you will acquire Driving Skills so essential in order to be a safe driver. Finally you learn about your vehicle via the Show Me Tell Me questions, two of which are asked at the start of a driving test.

Driving Skill:- Do you always travel at a speed at which you can stop within the distance you can see to be clear? Knowing your stopping ability is so important if you want to be a safe driver. Braking differs from one vehicle to another so ensure you know your capabilities.

Question – At toucan crossings which of the following is correct. Choose one answer.

a) you only stop if someone is waiting to cross
b) cyclists are not permitted
c) there is a continuously flashing amber beacon
d) pedestrians and cyclists may cross

Dunkeld is an area that we intend to have represented by a 2Pass.eu Driving Instructor. 1st January 2009 is the first date that we intend having someone in this area.

Most drivers in the UK drive manual cars. It has been this way ever since the motor car was invented. In other parts of the world more people drive automatic cars. Although the process is slow, more UK drivers are opting for automatics.

If you are considering learning in an automatic you should be aware that the DSA have a separate category for semi automatics. This is because a true automatic does not require you to select a gear once you have moved off. Semi automatics require you to change gears although there is no clutch pedal.

Dunkeld is an area where you can receive driving tuition.

If you are thinking of learning to drive an automatic car it is important to realise that there are different types of automatics and they have different characteristics but one things is common. Automatics do not have clutches so you only need use one foot when driving.

Commencing some time in 2009 we should have one or more 2Pass.eu Driving Instructors in Dunkeld

The 2Pass.eu Driving School Franchise is launching early in 2009 when it is hoped that we will have representation in this area.

Cars have been around for a very long time and technology never stops developing easier ways in which the car performs many functions such as road holding, braking etc. You would think then that most people would choose the easiest form of driving, automatic cars, but in the UK this is just not so. In America however most people do drive automatics.

A feature that attracts many people to learning in an automatic is the fact that they do not have a clutch pedal. This fact alone is common to all automatics and it means that you only need one foot for the pedals. This is convenient for people with certain disabilities. Automatics however do have different features and these will be covered elsewhere.

There are thousands of driving schools all over the country but most offer very limited services. Our 2Pass.eu Driving School Franchise launches early 2009. When it does we intend offering motorcycle training as well as automatic and manual car tuition and we should be in a position to do this if you are within 20 miles of Carnoustie

There are three categories of driving tests for cars, manual, automatic and semi automatic. The reason for this is that semi automatics, although they do not have a clutch pedal, still have the need for you to select gears. Due to this the DSA treat semi automatics differently from automatics.

‘Creeping and Peeping’ is what driving instructors call the process of ‘Emerging’.

Part of the Syllabus as it relates to driving, is knowing about ‘Emerging’ and how to do it safely. When you learn with 2Pass.eu Driving School, one of our expert instructors will show you and explain all about ‘Emerging’. For example:-

Who has priority at a ‘Give Way’ junction and how to identify types of ‘Give Ways’.
What routine to use for turning left or right when emerging from a minor road onto a major road.
The correct procedure for ‘Going Ahead’ at a crossroads.
Knowing what is meant by the terms ‘Open Junction’ and ‘Closed Junction’.
What to do for the best when ‘Peeping and Creeping’ based on what you can see.
How and where to position when emerging at junctions where your views left and/or right are obstructed.

Most people start out on the process of learning to drive with the best of intentions. In order to succeed it is helpful to receive guidance from one that knows all about what you need to learn. The best advice is to choose a Driving Instructor who is suitably qualified and properly registered in order to provide tuition.

A 2Pass.eu Driving School driving instructor fits the bill. We are all what is known as ‘Approved Driving Instructors’ (ADI’s). Very experienced drivers and registered with the Driving Standards Agency.

RANDOM THEORY QUESTION

Question – Before you make a u-turn in the road, which of the following should you do?

a) Give an arm signal as well as using your indicators.
b) Signal so that other drivers can slow down for you.
c) Look over your shoulder for a final check.
d) Select a higher gear than normal.

Answer – c.
